Kim Sanow was born in the inner-city of St. Paul, raised in a challenging home and spent most of her teen years living on a farm.
Kim met and married the love of her life, Jerry, and they were married for 40 years before Jerry passed away from prostate cancer in 2020. They spent most of their married life living on their peaceful farm, making wonderful memories with their four beautiful daughters. Each of their daughters are happily married and Kim has total of seven grandchildren and one more on the way.

Kim grew up with an ambivalent attachment style due to neglect, verbal and emotional abuse. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at age 19, and has studied the Scriptures ever since. It is truly the lens she views all relationships and the world around her.

Professionally, Kim is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice. She is in the process of writing her first book, and has written many short devotions entitled, "Reflections with Kim Sanow." Kim has a heart to teach women the Scriptures and to walk the walk in their lives, their home, and their world. She has launched a ministry called Pearls and Rubies, and will begin women's retreats on her farm beginning May, 2023.
