Amos and Heather Kittelson share their story and journey of breaking generational trauma to find hope and healing from mental health and addiction. With sensitivity and care, Amos and Heather recreate the morning Heather was contemplating suicide after battling a year and a half of postpartum depression and overuse of alcohol. With tremendous empathy and a compassionate desire to combat shame and stigma, Amos and Heather use their testimony to advocate, educate, and bring awareness to some very sensative topics.
